Successful companies don’t launch and hope people buy.They get proof first.


- Tesla sold 1.5M pre-orders of the Cybertruck before a single one hit the road (I think $100 to be on the list is way too low, but that's another story).

- Peloton sold 1,000 bikes before they even had a factory.

They use things like:
✅ Pre-orders
✅ Waitlists with deposits
✅ Letters of intent (LOIs)

Meanwhile, most founders do the opposite:
❌ Spend months (or years) building
❌ Burn cash on marketing
❌ Cross their fingers on launch day
